About Bazaar Nashville

Bazaar Nashville is an online marketplace connecting local makers and buyers across Nashville and Middle Tennessee. We provide the platform — transactions occur between individual buyers and makers.

For All Users

You must be 18 years or older to use Bazaar Nashville
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
You agree not to use our platform for any unlawful purpose
You agree to treat all community members with respect

For Makers

All makers must apply and be approved before listing products
You must be located in Nashville or Middle Tennessee to sell on Bazaar Nashville
All items listed must be handmade, handcrafted, or original works created by you
Reselling mass-produced items is strictly prohibited
You are responsible for accurate product descriptions, pricing, and photos
You are responsible for fulfilling orders in a timely manner
A flat monthly subscription fee is required to maintain active listings
Bazaar Nashville does not take a commission on your sales

For Buyers

All purchases are transactions between you and the individual maker
Please review listings carefully before purchasing
Contact the maker directly through our messaging system for questions about products
Local pickup arrangements are made directly between buyer and maker

Payments

All payments are processed securely through Stripe
Maker subscription fees are billed monthly and are non-refundable
Bazaar Nashville is not responsible for disputes between buyers and makers, but we will do our best to help resolve them

Prohibited Items

The following items are not permitted on Bazaar Nashville:

Mass-produced or factory-made items
Counterfeit or unlicensed items
Illegal items of any kind
Digital-only products

Intellectual Property

Makers retain full ownership of their original work
By listing on Bazaar Nashville, makers grant us permission to display their content on our platform and in our marketing materials

Termination

Bazaar Nashville reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms of Service without prior notice.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of Bazaar Nashville after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
